Terms of cooperation

  • Photos are selected only by the photographer.
  • The sources remain with the photographer.
  • Express terms of readiness of photos can be only on a separate individual agreement, negotiated in advance with the photographer, and not after the shooting.
  • The finished photos are provided in electronic format via an online gallery. On a flash drive by arrangement and for a fee.
  • The gallery is available for 2 months.
  • The photos are processed in the author’s color correction. You can see an example of processing in the Instagram profile (@cviks_julia_photography) or in the gallery on the photographer’s website.
  • Facial plastic surgery, deep retouching, correction of clothing and hairstyle defects are not performed. Photoshop is used minimally, only to remove obvious imperfections (such as: bruises, wounds, pimples, abrasions, spots).
  • The order for a photo session is made on preliminary conversation and confirmed by written agreement (for example, correspondence in Telegram, Messenger or Instagram). In case of larger shoots (e.g. wedding for the whole day) the contract is made individually and signed by the parties physically.
  • Studio rental is NOT included in the cost of the shoot and is booked by the client. Or the photographer will book the studio agreed with the client in advance at the client’s expense.
  • Locations and details of the shoot are discussed only after booking.
  • The photo session is held in accordance with the pre-agreed plan and location. The time and duration of the photo shoot is negotiated in advance.
  • Commercial shoot gives full rights to the client to use the footage.
  • When using photos for publication in magazines and newspapers it is necessary to specify the name of the photographer.
  • The photographer can use the photos in the portfolio and social networks from the commercial shoot only with the consent of the client.
  • The amount of prepayment depends on the selected service (40% of the cost of the photo session). Prepayment is required to confirm the booking of the date. The remaining amount is to be paid in cash at the photo session or by transfer the day before the photo session (unless other options have been agreed upon).
  • Prepayment will be refunded in full if cancellation is given 3 working days or more in advance. If you cancel the order less than 3 working days before the scheduled date, the prepayment will not be refunded. The photo shoot can be rescheduled once at no charge and the prepayment will be retained.
  • If the vision of the photo session does not correspond to any of the packages offered on the site, your wishes and conditions are negotiated individually.
  • It is possible to submit an invoice to the company.
  • Shooting can be rescheduled only 1 time by prior arrangement. The wedding shoot is not rescheduled, but booked anew.
  • Conditions for shooting outside the city of Tallinn are negotiated individually. There are no additional travel costs within Tallinn.
  • When booking a wedding shoot, a preliminary meeting with the bride and/or groom to discuss the details is provided (included in the price).
  • By agreeing to the photo shoot, you confirm that you have familiarized yourself with my work, its style and processing.
  • By agreeing to provide photography services, you consent to the use of your photos in my portfolio, posting them on my website and social media, and entering individual shots into photo contests. If you do not want your photos to be used for these purposes, please inform me in advance, before the shoot.
